Bells Palsy: Best Treatment Regimen?

I have had repeated episodes of bells palsy  over the last ten years. What is the best course of treatment to follow so that these attacks do not re-occur?

I work in a lyme endemic area and most of the cases that I see in my clinic are lyme related, though not all of them. First do you have oral herpes? Have you been evaluated for lyme disease? Is your face sensitive to the wind? I need a bit more information before I suggest a course of treatment.
